How to make a damaging hitbox that stays intact for the whole match?



So I'm making a cheap edit of the character I was editing before called Rainbow~Sweeper and I want it to always have a hitbox that damages opponents all the time when it touches them, like a regular enemy would in many games. What kind of Hitdef do I need to have that be permanent?
