Here's the next pack, with the second most votes, Sonic by MUGENHunter. Maybe, someday, I'll re-create these when Seanaltly releases his CvTW Sonic. Once again, I call upon the images to show you what these are based on. Also included, but not shown here, is an extra palette that was gonna be another attempt at a Special Stage palette. Also, regarding Skorpophobia's post, you're using the wrong characters for those palettes. However those palettes are from pretty outdated packs that I deleted because many of the characters I made those palettes for have been updated with newer colour separation, like Syn's Hiryu or Jmorphman's Chun-Li.
