Questions about cheap characters...

1. Are there any other cheapies that were made by Japanese users? For example, There is a user named "Okihaito" who created Crazy Catastrophe (the crazy edit of Orochi) which I downloaded because of its cool instant death attacks including funny taunts, intros, win pose and lose pose 

 

2. Are there any websites where you could review their appearance instead of just downloading without knowing what they do except seeing some Japanese character names?

 

3. Are there any websites where I can watch Japanese users making crazy characters other than Niconico?

 

4. Just a simple question, but are there any cheap-or-not cheap characters who can defeat Crazy Catastrophe? Since I have him in my winmugen but the characters which I downloaded cannot defeat him including Chuck Norris made by Gaelik.

1: There are ALOT more, you just gotta know where to look, most can found on blog pages the authors own but finding those can be tricky, which thankfully:

2: If your looking for an asian news site, QXMugen is a good one. it's a Chinese site, but sadly alot of the authors who do use it also use baidu which you may have trouble Downloading from.

3: don't know a huge number of them, but authors also use Bilibili.

4: The cheapie rabbit hole goes ALOT deeper than Crazy Catastrophe, just look up a nullfest war on youtube. You might be pretty outdated if you think Chuck Norris is still relevant cheap-wise. Like, this is nearly 10-years ago type stuff.
