Spoilers below: He seems to morph into a whole bunch of other characters during every single attack. He's also highly broken and his actual name is too long to fit on my screenshot, which is 'Street Fighter Is Boring You Idiots'. I also can't really say whether or not this is worth downloading since the author seems to think it's way too nonsensical to pay attention to, but I guess it's worth a download if you want something goofy.
