Genesis Tmnt turtles patched for 1.0

I did this for Alexziq at CVG sadly he claimed they don't work for him, but my mugen loaded them up just fine. I figured I would share them here just for the hell of it Don't expect these to be anything that great just so you know it's just a very basic edit for these guys anyway here is a video and download.
