Anyone know which Guile I mean? He used to be in the Capcom edits section but may have gotten deleted in the many changeovers as I can't find him again.
He used SF2 sprites, was always crouching (could move and jump normally), and had very strange attacks. He had a gauge with him, that had 3 countries' flags with a plane that flew between them, that when it reached the 3rd country, he gained a Basara Finisher that was a cinematic Flash Kick/
Could he get a reupload if anyone knows which one I mean as well?
