SO im guessing Dante was HANDED those Devil Arms when he kicked everyones teeth in.....and did u 4get Jubei HANDED Ragna dat sword AND fake Azure???(which he was ALSO taught how 2 use it as well AND how to....ummmm FIGHT!!!) DNT get me wrong...i LOVE Dante, Ragna, and Vergil and imo nothin make them better than another 2 me...and maybe capcom shud make Dante and Vergil battle to the dea--OHHHH YEEEEEEEEA they did that 3 TIMES!!
