Fanboy (Super Brawl 2) WIP

These are my first ever Mugen characters, uses two buttons (A and B) and tries to be source accurate, however it is still wip because of these issues:
Fanboy
- Super Special Move isn't implemented and current special move doesn't have the brain sprites
-Chum Chum background follower not implemented
-Can't figure out how to replace crouching with blocking besides my current method
Kyle
-No thunderclouds or super special move, and some fanboy sprites are reused
V 3.5 PATCH NOTES (pre-kyle):
-Added secondary pallete, no gameplay changes yet
-Special move no longer pauses time, making it more like the original

-Some sprite fixes

This character still gets showcases and i still need to fix them up a bit more, but i have made some more small tweaks that i don't really know how to upload to The Other Site so download it here i guess
