Error in my creation of character

Hello there. 

I just install Fighter Factory and at the begining I have an error when I lunch the game for test my char

It says 

 

"Error message: Need at least 1 command
Error in Bobby.comd
Error loading chars/ffchartest/ffchartest.def
Error loading p1"
 

I know it is a newfag problem but it is important to me.

My Advice, In my opinion, Please don't use the Elecbyte Template - It's not worth it. Instead, copy KFM and name the new folder, copy both of the .sff and .def files and delete his. Rename the files and open both the .sff and .def files here. Leave the .stcommon files alone as it is.
