characters are to pixlated

i have capcom vs snk

M.U.G.E.N ver 1.1.0 Beta 1 P1 

 

all is good except the characters are very pixlated and looks bad

 

is there any type of filter to install ??  thanks in advance

They're low resolution sprites. What did you expect? Applying a filter wouldn't change anything, other than making it worse in my personal opinion, but if you like, try ReShade.
