Most Underrated Character(s) in MUGEN

What are some MUGEN characters that you consider underrated and think don't get enough love and attention that they deserve?

hyukke's Master Gundam, erde-d's Bass Cross Megaman, Amada's Gundam characters, most of Taurusac195's Gundam characters, zektard's Unicorn Gundam, the same author's Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee, marktwo's Subaru Nakajima, Minaduki's Project F,  Minaduki's Fate Testarossa, the same author's Chirnyo, Omega's Hayate Yagami (and mijukuzamurai's edit of her), misogi's Signum, and marisya's Cure Blossom are some of those characters to me.
