* While focusing his energy Shingo Can create a Flame, However it is believe that its a flame only he can see. Lets just say that Kyo's Gloves were more than regular Gloves and have a hint of Kusanagi Flame with in.

Not exactly, I used the XIII palette I made for K.O.D's Classic Kyo Kusanagi, then again, you might be right.

So Shingo's gonna have only 2 form of flames. At least this is all i planed originally. If any strange ideas hit me later i'll be sure to explain why.

During the EX "Incomplete Scorcher" in a sense his EX version of the scorcher makes it a Complete version.

2nd is Kyo's aerial variation of his whatever the hell its called. In this I gave more emphasis that the GLOVES are helping Shingo preform the fire.

I updated the Orochinagi with some more flames, I really need sounds.

This is looking great. Definatly the most unique Shingo in the works here. Also, off topic, I finally gave your Kim a go. I like how he plays a lot. I just wish you used his regular KoF sprites, his filtered NGBC sprites are such a pain to make palettes for (I tried starting a set for him, but only did one palette).

yeah i know my bad about that. Originally i did use the KOF sprites. and in a senes you could say he was kind of a experiment with high res sized sprites. In the end he came out really well. I added sounds to the Air Orochinagi and it looks/sounds alot better now. lol.
