You can use VSelect and put characters in certain spots in arcade mode, or you can open up select.def manually and find characters you want and then assign them that way.

Feathery dragon ? i never seen that one. but if Humanoid Dragon, yes they do.

well. maybe it can, but he will showing not fit on screen because gigantic. sometime can be more difficult to battle.
