Satsuki is, essentially, an old version of Juke Kisaragi's Juli with a sprite patch made by Bloo J, the same who made Aprile. I included a Street Fighter V voice patch (the one shown in the video has a very low voice, but this was already changed) and also fixed her supers giving back power. She has a glitched level 3 super. The gameplay is exactly the same, just like any good Juke Kisaragi work, so its kinda for collection purposes only or if you happen to prefer Satsuki over Juli or Aprile.
