He presumably retired to raise a family and became an airplane mechanic at South Town Airport to continue supporting them. But then Yamazaki kidnapped Franco's son to force him to work as his right-hand man. This one got groove select and such, his default is KoF'98EX, I still got to play with him a little more but he is a nice one.
