error occurs in Legacy Mugen

so i have been having this problem for a while now and idk what the cause of it is i hope someone can tell me how to fix it 

so anyway everytime i would try to go to training,watch and even arcade mode this error thing comes up with multiple characters (GM's Ryu,Ken and Akuma for example)

The error gives it to load the ".sff" file, which gives me understand that your use Mugen 1.0 which does not work with sffv2 that is using your char.

Mugen download 1.1b in tea work perfectly, it is problem version.
