After I ripped Speed's sprite sheet, I gave her a quick recolor to match up the poster art.
Since for some reason in game she is black and orange but her colors are suppose to be pink with blonde hair.

I made several custom sprites for her which you can see during "Mach Speed" , She follows the same style as (My) Max.

I also learned how to nicely down grade sprite from high res to 8bit style.
I tried to not used as much transparency as possible, the only 2 things that have transparency is the "WOOSH" effect when knocked to the wall, and the afterimage outline.
