SF3 Akira, start to completeion

Hello to whoever reads this! I have been away from this site for a while, like, half a year while, but really want to get back in to Mugen in a big way. I want to create an SF3 interpretation of Akira Yuki from Virtua Fighter. So far, i only have one sprite near completion, so i'd like some help with rolling this along. Animation tips, notes about the SF3 Style, frame data would be god like. This is the sprite 

Note that this isn't final, and it will change, but this is its current state. I like it, but i want to nail the SF3 style before going any further. This is just to show that i kind of have an idea on how it works but i still need improvement. Any help would be much appreciated!

Well, excuse me! You are a new to a spriting world, are you? Don't you think starting with SF3 right away will be too much for your taking? I know that by myself! You may better start from SFZ Style, or MVC...

I think you should try start spriting with KOF or MvC-styled sprites, since SF3 sprites are pretty detailed in every pixels and movements

Well, it's a SF3 version, but in the end, he can sprite however he wants.

Been a long while, did a lot of studying, came back much better
