That bug you mention, in fact, is not a bug. As I've explained tons of times before, that character was made to DOS mugen, not WinMugen neither, 1.0

Elecbyte had changed the way some codes works, like MoveHit, and this causes the bug.

 

I will workin on MB-02 on a near future, my focus is Vegatron for now.
