Characters causing MUGEN to crash

I have a MUGEN Character that causes my game to crash, but why is it like that. I checked the .def File and match some components with other characters and it still crashes without an error message. How can I stop this problem

This Character Elec Man and I also got rid of a Bass that caused my game to crash as well.

the .Def File and Cfg file should be in there

The Bass is found at Infinity Mugen Team and I don't know why they're causing my game to crash.

I'm thinking that when he does the Thunderbolt move it could cause the game to crash, but I don't know about Bass

Elecman hardly causes my game to crash now too
