Lol, I remember this doujin... I never actually found a link for this one, though. I remember from the video that all of the stages were basically mirrored images.

Don't have any plans at the moment. Interest/Priority for this is just a bit low right now but I'm still consider taking another shot on making a character from this game. I can't promise you that though.
