What's interesting about Powered Ciel is her comboability differs than others. She has been nicknamed as a "Blazblue type" character in tourney videos because of her ability to juggle the opponent which is rare in Melty Blood.

it's not his res. he's missing pixel shader...but dling pixel shader makes it lag tremendously

2 options. A ) By a nvidia or ATI video card (worth it) B ) Download Swift Shader 3.0 and play in 15-25 fps.
