Yes, 虹格 is the game's title in Japanese, She's simple but a nice char they've made.

Like an American Nijikaku, I would love to see that but I wonder if they have enough experience with MUGEN to do so.

This sounds pretty cool, I'm also a draw fav on some threads on the website also. But I haven't really heard of this project! Really interesting man, never knew about this.
