Smeargle palettes

A creator named 'Some Guy' (not the one that made Victini, Meloetta, etc.) released a Smeargle beta some time ago. It was missing palettes 9, 10, 11, and 12, so I made some of my own. They are part of an edit I am making since this char seemingly hasn't been updated in a while, but I thought to release these separately first.

If I make more palettes, I'll make a thread for them, rather than doing one thread for each palette patch. I'm also making a website for my Mugen stuff, so that'll be open to public soon. Next palettes to be released will be for two characters; Geno and Mallow by Tachi, since they are both missing palettes 8 to 11.
