how to change preset portraits in a sp

I feel like I get the most help here about things so I downloaded ththis screen pack cvs2 by mayar edited by taybear it alreadyalready has the character select icons set to certain characters so even when I add a character in the spot the select portrait will still be there is there any to change the preset portraits or get rid of them completely? All help is greeattllyy appreciate
