Download Mekazawa Sounanda: Another odd looking 2ch character. As derp as he looks, he'll destroy you, don't always judge a character by it's looks, because Soundy attacks lighting fast and will endlessly combo his opponent into oblivion, it's surprising that something so simplistic could be so brutal.
