How to make Cloudius' Cable useable in M.U.G.E.N 1.0 and 1.1

I have attempted to do something with this Cable to make it M.U.G.E.N 1.0 and 1.1 compatable. I got some help from Alex Singalia, but I'm a little confused. It involves going into hyper.cns and deleting some stuff. I have tried this, but I can't seem to get it to work. Anybody have something very specific to do?

Open hyper.cns in notepad and delete any "Displaytoclipboard" blocks
