He's not very strong, and it should be very difficult to beat most characters using him, albeit not impossible. Ultra Barney (the one on the right) is a different story. Those who visit Salty Bet may have seen him in action, and the best way to describe him is that he's hilariously broken, being able to drain an opponent's life bar in seconds. It is glorious.
