Why he's called nbc_sagat knowing this fact, I absolutely have no idea

i was wondering if it was like H's sagat , but with less modes... oh well , one way to find out....

Tried out this Sagat, I really like it. For those wondering, the moveset (at least for SVC mode) is based off of SF4, though it lacks Tiger Destruction. It also has Sagat's Japanese SF4 voice too.
