Kazagami Posted January 5, 2015 Author Share Posted January 5, 2015 Well, i should've been more clear. 1. Open AppLocale. 2. Choose "Launch an Application" and pick WinRar from your system folder. 3. Set the language to Japanese. (It's the one at the very bottom of Language selection) 4. Click Finish. 5. When the WinRar opened, pick TESLA.zip and select "Extract to".
