Trading Hypers BG

Hey guys. I'm having trouble trading Hypers Backgrounds, you know:

 

When a char do a Hyper Move the background goes like this:

 

I want to change it, how do i do?
please teach me the whole process, adding images, palletes and etc. please help!

actually i spend the day trying and i could replace the hyper bg for a new one.

was a little hard but i did. thanks anyway.
