Thanks for trying budy, i found a hard way to do it. First copy any image of the char that you want as a small portrait. cut it to 25x25, change the group to 9000 the image to 0, delete the original small portrait. Change the shared pallete to individual and done. works every time.

So, me again, I always have trouble with these damn bastards small portraits, no matter how i do it, no matter the pic format or the colors. So i'm asking for help here. In the sprite section of fighter factory, the small portraits looks like this: In the select screen looks like this: And in the fight looks like these: What the hell can i make to fix this?This happens to every char i try to edit the small portrait or add a small portrait. please help!
