what resolution is you MUGEN Running on?

The lifebars were made for 640x480

 

There is no 1280x720 version.

also your mugen display is 640,480.

 

so you need to go into your data folder, locate system.def and change the localcoord to 640,480.

then go into mugen.cfg look for gamewidh and game height, and make sure that is also 640,480.
