This character seems to be made based on the Synn or Red Dragon.

WoW this dragon remind me of The famous Icon of Sin from Doom 2 grab that for sure

Huh.  Not only is it clearly based on Doggiedoo's Red Dragon (not Synn - their movesets are just different enough that I can tell which one it's based on even before downloading the character), even the character description is lifted nearly word-for-word from Red Dragon's page on the Mugen Wikia, and the move descriptions call the character "Red" instead of Bahamut.  I also note that Jo gives no credit to Doggiedoo.

 

I'll grab it for my Dragon collection, but it's not going into a place of honor there.  (I'll probably put it right next to Fin Fang Foom, which is also a lazy Red Dragon edit)

Now has different palettes and looks better overall but it's still basically just doggiedoo's Red Dragon (though I think its side breath attack has much better range, making it nearly undodgeable).
