Alternate dgc file compressor program

Hi, is there another program that could open dgc file instead of using this program?:http://www.emit.jp/dgca/dgca_e.html I can't seems to install dgca program from there.

Yo I don't think you need to install that program; you may just drag your .dgc file to the dgca.exe and click OK to let the program extract to a new folder.

 

Oh it is also better to change your M$ Windows system locale to Japanese to make sure dgca.exe is happy with that.

 

If it still refuses to work for you, then you might upload your .dgc file here, or PM to me, and I can extract it and ZIP it up and upload the ZIP for you.

I found out a way, after I downloaded the program, I right click on the exe file, select properties, click on compatibility tab, checked the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and choose Window XP (Service Pack 3), click ok and run the exe file and it can be installed perfectly. I downloaded the english version.
