JokerintheButt Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 you finally released him can't wait to test it. ! My Signature Fuck U :D I Don't Have one Asshole.
Zemilia Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 Hope this is not too "quick" for me to give it feedback (I just instantly tested Q*Bert the moment I DL'ed him). -Idk if it's a common thing in Mugen, but the shadows still appear even if his friends (or the box) are falling. -No throws, for now -The hitbox on the walking animation are kind of mis-aligned. -Super BG kind of makes some "things" disappear. -Super BG is sort of mis-aligned (This happens during the "shake" effect) -Qcf LP -> Qcf LP doesn't count as a combo (I just hit Training with qcf LP, then hit him again while he's lying down, which does hit). Intentional? -a, b, c (Only on the b -> c part) doesn't chain properly. Don't know if it's intentional. -y -> z -> y -> z -> y is an infinite. I'm surprised at how decent he is. Just needs a few fix on him and he's good.

RoySquadRocks Posted May 31, 2014 Author Posted May 31, 2014 The fixed version of Q*Bert is out NOW! Thank you, Tenryuu for the feedback!
Werewood Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 So awesome! Thank you for bringing this Gottlieb 1982 true classic to MUGEN! Nowadays many young MUGEN'ers don't even hear of this retro gem! Only two (2) very minor things: 1. In your Q*Bert common1.cns, in [statedef 101], anim = 101, but in your Q*Bert QBert.air, there is no [begin Action 101] (it happens to your Atari Dragon too): 2. The famous "@!#?@!" of Q*Bert, on the P2 side (i.e. TeamSide = 2), could be shown just like its P1 side (i.e. TeamSide = 1) I love all your edited Q*Bert sprites and the source game SFXs and its move very much! RoySquadRocks Posted May 31, 2014 Author Posted May 31, 2014 Updated Q*Bert again with Statedef 101 removed! Thanks, borewood for telling me about this!
