More than likely you either.

 

A. Did not index the image, and FF3 is making a palette for it.

 

B. Did not index the image, and added it to FF3 telling it to use a palette already in FF3 which is forcing it to look BLARGH.

 

C. Did index the image, and did the same as B when added.

okay i tried to index and it also messed up the image the drop shadow is  grey box now and the AA was taken ways as well turned chopy, what should i try now? i watched your video and you said your skipping the part i need i think xD
