Where's that quote from?

Based on Legendary DeMoNk@I's "name that videogame pic" thread, I decided to make a topic in which you can quote a quote for others to guess where's it from.

 

There's only one rule which is :

 

1) It needs to be from either a video game or a movie. TV-shows or books are not allowed as not everybody has seen many TV-shows or read a lot of books.

 

For all the hardcore-fans, when guessing where a given quote is from, you may also say which character said it and who voiced or played it (depending on the medium).
