Where Can I get This?

Just wondering where I can get this sprite, clothes and hair and what program to open it with. He does say in one comment can't download sooooo I don't know if you  guys will have more luck then me with this. It may even be the creators own work but have know idea.

The sprite and everything about it is strictly private. You can however check out his DA sprite gallery (search for zarduck) and perhaps you can work from there.

As for programmes to open it with, I think Photoshop is a good application to use.
