I want to know can i place myself as a character in fighting game using MUGEN

ONLY if you will make sprites of yourself and create a character using Fighter Factory. It will take a lot of time. But there is no other way.

Like what our Boss Ryon said, "no sprites no characters".

 

If you don't want to go for the 2D pixel sprites way, then you might try to 2.5D/3D way. 

 

Or even go for a stop-motion-photography-of-the-very-self-of-you way:
