Sugio's rare NES Luigi! Found him on the Mugenfami fullgame and decided to give him a separate download from the other characters, because he's probably the best out of all of them, which isn't saying much. He has plenty of moves, controls with 6 buttons, (3 are normal attacks, the other 3 are instant hyper buttons.) He even has his Smash Bros. attacks, and can use a Freezie (Mario Bros. ice cube enemy) and Yoshi as strikers. Unfortunately, he still gets a hyper trail after his hyper is over, and can hurt teammates with his attacks. His A.I. is also pretty sad. Still worth a download, just for a somewhat, decent rare character.
