I don't think that need a suggestion or everyone approval, just add it bro. That is one of his signature move. It's like when someone make Ryu, they need to add Hadouken to him.

Yes do it, the more effort in this character the better. I have seen too many luffy's with little effort in them and wenchu's glitchy one. I suggest make him go gear second. Like Kanbei said, the more effort, the more better it will be. My suggestion is, for normal mode the combo is pretty normal like any character you have made (of course in Luffy style) while in his 2nd gear mode, if possible, change the different style of combo to contrast with his normal mode combo and make it more fast because 2nd gear give speed to Luffy.

I'm testing the Kenbunshoku Dash, you can cancel it to a normal standing attack or let it finish to a armament haki punch. It also dodges all the enemies attacks so you can get through projectiles and spammy AI.
