Character may LOOK bad but surprisingly plays really decent. He's a six button character and uses his bat, Pistol, Shotgun and fists. His AI is horrible so that's also a downfall, If you're a collector or just like having characters in your roster. I suggest him. It seems like he has a KFM AI or just crap coding. But other than that. It's the first Scout character for MUGEN. Author is Pomtt. Works for 1.0 and happy New Year. Enjoy! Have fun.
