How to convert a character from winmugen to mugen 1.0

Hey guys, I need some help. I want to convert some SSFIITHDR characters made by or2=3 to mugen 1.0 because i want to change the portraits with the original from game, and I don't know to convert. Thanks I want to do something like Parse's characters from SSFIITHDR (portraits) or Zero-Senin's Cammy
