He may look bad, but surprisingly he makes up for it in his moveset. I'm surprisingly good with him, he doesn't take much skill to get good with honestly, Well on the bright side it's another stick figure for MUGEN. and he works for 1.0

Now that I tried him, he's kinda glitchy and only has two hypers from what I know of.

He kinda falls through the ground in the middle of his punch hyper. I dunno what the problem is.
