Well i found it on someone skydrive. but it has auto AI on 12P mode so i can't use her 

Could anyone remove those auto AI please

As a matter of fact, you can ask Laharl to remove her Auto-AI 12P mode in his Auto-AI Removal thread.

He doesn't use that thread anymore, I asked for a char recently and he didn't even answer.

Of course he still does. You're free to ask for a character of whom you want the Auto-AI to be removed but that doesn't mean he'll jump on it right away.

 

A combination of other requests which came before yours, real life and staff duties (+laziness? XD ) probably keep him from working on those Ai-removals on a regular basis.
