Moriya by Tukisuna health problems

I got another problem with this Moriya, in a round after his victory, he appears with the same health he lost in the last round. What can I do to make he appear with full health?

I tried it, I found some that are more or less like this: Ceil(20*Var(39)*0.1), Ceil(10*Var(39)*0.1). These are the ones close to the PowerAdd of the hyper, either they are like that or there is none, and not even adding or substituting works.

I tried removing but that wasn't the problem. The hyper had a lot of getpowers, thats why it was recovering so much energy. Thanks.
