Can't transfer/migrate Pokemon from FireRed to Diamond

I have all the requirements needed to migrate from Pokemon FireRed to Pokemon Diamond, but there's no option on my Pokemon Diamond to migrate... Has anyone else experienced the same problem and came up with a solution?

Go to Palpark, That is where you migrate

I know that... I mean its not working... its not showing "Migrate from..."

Remember the town where the professor is? Surf all the way down, Then surf all the way right, After you reach land, Go all the way to the right and you will see a building, Enter it and talk to a dude in there, He will make you migrate Pokemons I'm not sure since i never migrated but i have been in that place many times

You keep explaining everything I know already... I just need to no why it isn't showing "Migrate From..." button...

 

I did somethings like use a Q-tip to clean my FireRed, even tho it wasn't dirty, I checked to see if it was properly inserted (there's only one way it goes in, duh...), I checked both my FireRed and Diamond to make sure that they were "real", in which case they are... so, I've come to the conclusion that it just doesn't want me to migrate Pokemon. Which sucks, I really wanted my awesome Charizard that has 317 Speed and 256 Sp.Attack

There should be a "Transfer From Fire Red" Option in the main menu when you first start the game, then go to Pal Park and catch away.

What's bad is that you can only transfer 6 Pokemon at a time in intervals of 24 hours, and of course the Pokemon cannot have any HM moves.
