This is so far the best RE Chris I have tried in MUGEN. 

 

I like the Satellite Laser super very much!  (well, I prefer the name Linear Launcher more in R.E. series)

 

Besides some stiffness feel and the aforementioned issues, the VFX for the dashes doesn't quite fit in my opinion.

 

Now I am waiting for Claire Redfield by the very same team Riklaionel & Nestor
