puella magi where is kyouko sakura

I was wondering why kyouko havent been created yet i mean theres a madoka, homaru, sayaka and mami char but where is kyouko i didnt see can someone tell me if there is a special version of her and not an edit one from the grief syndrome but in a special version like the other?
